Since 1990, Allen W. Warren has served as president of New Faze Development, through which he invests in commercial and residential projects in the Sacramento, California, area. In addition to providing high-quality affordable housing and turning around neglected neighborhoods, Allen W. Warren has worked with senior housing and higher-priced, custom homes.

Recognized for his efforts to solve complex problems in the local community, Mr. Warren received the Greater Sacramento Urban League’s Unity Award and the American Leadership Forum’s Exemplary Leadership Award. Additionally, in 2005, Sacramento Magazine named him one of the Sacramento area’s 50 most influential leaders.

Also involved in local government, he was elected to the Sacramento City Council in November of 2012 and serves as the councilman for Second District of the City of Sacramento.

Allen W. Warren graduated from California State University, East Bay, where he studied political science and minored in business administration.
